As a product expert, you may appreciate the impressive foliage of Andropogon geradii, also known as Big Bluestem. This native grass, widely recognized as the "king" among its peers, can reach impressive heights of 4 to 8 feet. The striking blue-green stems transition to red in the summer and eventually become a copper hue in the fall. While adaptable to different levels of moisture, it thrives best in full sun and dry, average soil. Aesthetically, it forms a pleasant clump that can be divided for easy propagation.
