How to Order / Ordering Information
Make sure to select your ship date.
Remember this is the Ship date, NOT the arrival date. See transit times map for estimated arrival time.
If you are having a party or need your items on a specific date, please allow 2 or 3 days of cushion. During this time of year, there can be delays for several reasons. UPS can be delayed by weather or sheer volume and other reasons. On our end, since everything is made fresh to order our production can get backed up a day or two as well, and weather also plays a role as it dictates our greenery cutting process. Please order early and allow extra days as we CANNOT guarantee an exact arrival date.
If you are shipping these as gifts you can enter this information when you go to your cart. Just check the ship to multiple addresses box in the top left corner. Then you can enter the address, gift card message, and ship date.
Payments – Due to the new credit card regulations we never see your credit card info, so your card will be charged shortly after you place your order. We will refund you if anything changes on your order at the time of shipping. If you would prefer your card not to be charged until your order is shipped, select the I will call in my credit card infobox, then you can call us with your card number and we will charge the card when we ship your order. We must have your credit card number before your order ships.
We also offer the PayPal option.
As we get closer to the season many of our ship dates will fill up as we can only make so many items per day to ship, as this happens we take these days off the shipping calendar. By ordering early you will have more options when selecting a Ship Date.
