Leucothoe fontanesiana - Drooping Leucothoe

A low-growing evergreen shrub with shiny, dark green leaves that turn maroon in the winter. Produces numerous white flowers in the spring which hang down below the stems. Thrives in moist, shady areas with rich soil and stays at a height of 3-5 ft. Ideal for mass plantings.
